My project “Homophobia” is inspired by the project of the life of the artist Frida Kahlo, who was living the idea of psychological and physical conflict in her life, in addition to the influence of the life of the Austrian artist “Egon Schiele”, with his famous twisted bodies with the diversity between sharpness and softness in the lines and angles, also; the explicit sexuality of the sexual organs And an emphasis on the intimacy of the relationships that he used to live in his personal life. Where the works included physical cohesion to confirm the idea of psychological conflict, so the bodies were depicted mixed with the placement of symbols for the genitals, both the female and the male members of the same body, with the addition of some chemical modifiers that express the boyfriend, sex hormones, and the presence of codes and symbols They were used to protect themselves from being killed. The existence of the red circle, which represents the number of seven circles, and it is an abbreviation for the rainbow represented in the red colour, which represents the rejection of society, and also because in some cases, they end up with death, some of the failed treatments to determine their sexual identity.
